Firm History & Background
The firm was established and founded by Mr. Song Sing Kwee in 1980. Today, Mr. Song and Mr. Goh Ting Sin serve as the firm's partners, supported by Mr. Chia Kwok Wei, Mr. Lim Kim Siong, and Mr. Muhammad Valantino. Mr. Song oversees the main branch at Taman Pelangi and the Taman Ungku Tun Aminah branch, while Mr. Goh manages the Taman Johor Jaya office. Mr. Lim runs the Taman Mutiara Mas branch.
Over more than four decades, the firm has grown from a single-office practice into a network of five branches across the Johor Bahru metropolitan area. This expansion reflects the trust clients place in the team and the practical need for accessible legal services in growing neighbourhoods.

Mr. Chia Kwok Wei
Legal CounselServed his pupilage under the guidance of Mr. Song Sing Kwee. Upon being called to the Bar on 30th April 2010, Mr. Chia started his legal practice with Messrs. S. K. Song.
Mr. Lim Kim Siong

Mr. Muhammad Valantino
Legal CounselMr. Valantino completed his Bachelor of Laws (Hons) at the University of Malaya in 2015. He was called to the Bar in 2016 after completing his pupillage at Messrs Abdul Rahman & Partners, Batu Pahat.
