Mr. Chia Kwok Wei

Mr. Chia Kwok Wei completed his pupilage under the direct supervision of Mr. Song Sing Kwee, giving him a thorough grounding in the firm's approach to client service and case management. He was called to the Malaysian Bar on 30 April 2010 and has been with Messrs S. K. Song ever since.

His day-to-day work revolves around general litigation and dispute resolution. He regularly appears in the Sessions and High Courts, handling matters that include contractual disputes, personal injury claims, and employment disagreements.

Mr. Chia also contributes to the firm's conveyancing practice. He prepares and reviews sale and purchase agreements, handles loan documentation for banks, and manages the post-completion registration process for property transactions across Johor.
