Mr. Muhammad Valantino graduated with a Bachelor of Laws (Hons) from the University of Malaya in 2015, one of the country's most competitive law programmes. He completed his pupillage at Messrs Abdul Rahman & Partners in Batu Pahat before being called to the Malaysian Bar in 2016.
After a period in Batu Pahat, he joined Messrs S. K. Song and quickly integrated into the firm's litigation teams. His caseload now includes civil and commercial disputes, with a particular emphasis on contractual disagreements and debt recovery proceedings.
Mr. Valantino's university training exposed him to mooting and legal research at a high level, skills that translate directly into his courtroom work today. He is known within the firm for thorough case preparation and a clear, persuasive style of written advocacy.
Being among the younger members of the team, he brings current perspectives to areas such as online defamation and technology-related disputes. Clients who deal with digital-era legal problems often find his insights especially relevant.
